Here are 5 things to make life better this week:
1. Making: 5-Ingredient Breakfast Burritos
We packed up some Easy Breakfast Burritos for our 4-hour drive to Whistler—and they were a hit. Easy, protein-packed, and totally travel-friendly. I also love these Make-Ahead Breakfast Sandwiches for a non-drippy option (perfect if you're not the one driving).

4. Trying: New Things!
We went snowmobiling in Whistler this week, and it was even more fun than I anticipated.

Trying something new is great for your brain—it boosts neuroplasticity and gives you a little hit of dopamine, especially when it’s something exciting or active.
I love doing something physical like this because it requires my full attention, which means my mind has to take a break from the never-ending to-do list ticker that’s always in the background.
5. Remaining: Calm
The headlines are wild, the markets are unpredictable, and there’s a lot we can’t control right now. But we can build our own sense of peace.
That means setting boundaries with social media and scrolling, finding stress relief that works for you, and staying consistent with a wellness routine that truly supports your health & life.
Here’s to a grounded and focused weekend,
Elizabeth
This week’s Friday 5 is sponsored by my friends at Food Matters. I’m picky about sponsorships and only share brands I know, use, and highly recommend (the kind of thing I’d tell my sisters to check out).
Want to sponsor the Friday 5? Got a great tip or something you think I should share? Just hit reply. For everything else, you can find me here.
